Lovely Lace

Hello Hello!

Today I racked my brain on what I should do for a mani since I have a nubbin for a nail :( Yes,every once in a while a bunch of my nails will decide they want my hands to look like boy hands. So please excuse it but you're going to have to deal with it as long as I have to.
I used Nicole's My Lifesaver and my M57 plate with of course Wet N'  Wild's Black Creme.I like that it's not perfectly symmetric but it still flows nicely.Hope you liked it too!

Toe-Tally Tuesday's Pronto Cheetah!

Hi all!

SO sorry I haven't posted in a little while, my computer was giving me problems :) Anyways, for some reason I wanted to use darker colors, I have been on a kick for pastels and brights because of the spring weather but I looked at this gorgeous purple polish I have and knew that that would be my toes for the week!

What I used: Sally Hansens Insta dri- Pronto Purple, Revlon- Silver Dollar and seche vite

This was really easy but kinda chic if you ask me! I did 2 coats of Pronto Purple (see where I got my title from?? haha) then I took a tiny brush I have and did the cheetach spots myself :) so everyone would not them, finished off with a seche vite to make it stay pretty for days and there you have it! Hope you like it!

Sapphires and Diamonds

Hello Hello!

So one of the polishes I used on this mani is pretty new.I'm digging on all the possibilities I can pair it with-I'm sure this is just the first of many fun manis.
My base color is Orly's Sapphire Silk and I layered Color Clubs Covered in Diamonds (hence the post name). The first thought that came to mind was Sapphire Silk when I got the Covered in Diamonds. So glad it was because I am really into this combo.Looking forward to what other possibilities I can get out of the C.I.D.Hope you like it!

Watermelon Nirvana

Hello Hello!

Yet another simple mani for you all today.I've been a bit under the weather so I I wanted to do something that was quick.
So my title took no thought what so ever since my brain has been so foggy. The pink that I used was Sula's Paint and Peel polish in Watermelon and the milk chocolatey goodness color is Sinful Color's Nirvana.Always makes me want some chocolate for some reason. For my accent nail I just put down a coat of Orly's White Tip,I find that it goes down opaque in one coat as compared to other whites.Free handed the stripes and heart and that's it.No biggie-probably took two minutes longer then doing all my nails the same color.Hope you like them!

A Dash Of PINK

Hey Everyone!!!

So today I wanted to something a little more simple. I have been starting a garden and dont want to get my beautiful nail ruined in 2.5 seconds haha. SO until I am done with planting things might be a little dull :) Sorry!

What I Used: White tips, Uv clear gel, Uv top coat, Heart fimo and 1.5 mm hot pink rhinestones

I started of by doing my nails a french like I like :) and then added the heart to the ring finger, I brought out my handy dandy little rhinestones and went to town putting them on! after I put on a uv top coat ( my trick to making those rhinestones stay!) and I was done. I love this, something easy but it still looks nice. Hope you like!!!

Spring Simplicity

Hello Hello!

Today I have something ridiculously simple.I find myself trying to rack my brain when it comes to our Toe-tally Tuesdays. Why you ask? I do so much on my fingernails so I like keeping it very simple on my toe nails,translation-boring.So I hope this is a bit of a heads up just in case you don't think my toes are so snazzy haha.
For my base color I used Orly's Basket case and because I knew that was going to be a little deeper than I wanted I layered NYX Angel on top.Angel is a opal-esque color but not really sheer so I knew it would pull back that Basket Case exactly how I wanted it to.I have some round and tear drop shaped nail rhinestones so I arranged those into a very easy flower and that's it.Hope you all enjoyed!

Romantic Rose

Hey all,

I know this looks a bit like my sissy's stationary mani but hey! Roses are in right now haha. What I did was pretty basic, and since I am in love with my new dress with a similar design, I had to do it!

What I used: Wet N' Wilds- Tickled Pink, UV gel Pink glitter, Zoya- Midori and a hot pink polish that I forgot the name of, Sorry!

I started with putting tips on all my nails like usual. Next I did 2 coats of tickled pink on all my nails. I used the glitter gel on my pointer and ring finger and let it all cure for 3 minutes. After that it was time to stamp!!!

Brought out one of my plates and just used the roses but not the leafs that were on the design ( I wanted to draw my own in ) Used the hot pink polish to stamp and all that jazz and then took a tiny paint brush to dip in midori and added leafs sparingly. I think I added more leafs where I think I messed up on the stamping haha, the hot pink rose on the pink rubber stamp tip I have made it impossible to see what I was doing! Forgive me haha. After that I did a top coat of Seche Vite and cured it for another 3 Minutes just to speed up the process. I am in love and want to do more of these! With Blues and yellows.... like my pippa. I think that would look goood, dont you think? Anyways hope you all like my post :)

Stationary Mani

Hello Hello!

Today's title may seem a bit off but honestly that's what this mani reminds me of.I also think it has a kind of romantic feel to it.Let me know what you think.
For the base I used Zoya's Dove and did what you normally would for a newspaper mani. Then for the flowers I used Revlon's Raspberry Rapture (yes, the scented one-yummy!) and used white and green striper polishes for the details. Now I didn't want them to be all clean and perfect lines.I think that would've taken away from what I was going for.Top it off with your favorite topcoat and that's all it is to it.Nothing crazy but still cute.Hope you all enjoyed!

Toe-Tally Tuesday!!!!

Hi all!

Really glad to be back, and there have been some new polish additions to my set so you guys are in for a treat :) Since today IS Toe-tally Tuesday I have to leave the mani's for a later date and focus on the little piggy's. I love using my molds and sometimes less is more. Which goes along with this next post.

What I used: 3D mold, White acrylic, NYC's Time Square and Seche-Vite

Started off with 2 coats of Times Square, I love this nail polish and for the longest time this was my one and only pink. My go-to color... but  now I cant decide between nail polish's anymore, its a curse haha. In between my coats I got my mold out, the one I used is part of a lace set but its more of a string of pearls in my opinion. To speed up the drying process I set the mold in my uv lamp and let it cure for 3 minutes. I did my second coat of Time Square and let it dry. I carefully took the dried Acrylic out and placed it only on my big toe and let cut of what edges didn't fit on my nail. Covered that up with seche-vite and I was done :) something quick...but didnt take a long time at all! I took just a pic of the big toe to show everyone the design better, and the other little piggys were left just hot pink :)

Sorry for the messy cuticles, old habits die hard :)

Spring Gradient

Hello Hello!

Wowsers! This blog has seriously been on hiatus! Not to worry,I'm back and will try my best to keep up on things-pinky promise.
With that said let's jump into today's mani shall we? I was feeling pastels today and came to this.Kind of also reminds me of Easter eggs since I've shaped my nails differently and obviously with it being just a few days away.Loving it,super girly-which I'm not always into.
For the pink it's one I frankened,I can never find just a pale pink creme to my liking. They always have shimmer or are too bubble gummy ya know? So I made this and obviously think it's perfect since it's exactly what I wanted.Next I used China Glaze's For Audrey and my last color is Sally Hansen's Lacey Lilac.I did a coat of China Glaze's fairy dust over it (already girly,go big or go home right?).Topped that off with my SV and done. What do you think? Hope you enjoyed!
